I did the lobby at early hours when no many players... means that Blizzard may have too few servers...not sure...

Why though? Wouldnt they want to wait for like D4 or something else big to be just over the horizon before they drive players to other games?

At this point Sc2 probably costs a lot to subsidize with the tournaments, and if they decide to remove support before the last of the fans naturally move on they will get a ton of negative press that will hurt them in the future That is my gues.

i havent touched anything other than the last patch a decent while ago that had some balance changes.     Did blizzard change something?

Did you say new farseer beam was stronger? It's actaully way more suck fyi. Before it seemed to splash a lot. Tons of feed, chain seemed to do more splash per bounce.

It is Battle Net server problem.  It looks like they just let too few server working. 

Nitro still too strong.

Artanis too weak now...
